The Immigration told me that on DTV every 90 day report is a first report to be done in person, since you should leave ( or extend ) before day 180.

After that you start from 0 again, in a new visaperiod.

Baht will not be enough, the first year you need to have 800.000 Baht in a Thai bank to get a retirement visa.

If you then every month of the first year transfer more than 65.000 baht to Thailand, then you can use that as documentation for the 2. year.

You should start by visting Thailand for several months before considering to get a retirement visa, everyday life is far from holiday life.
Henrik *****
If you can’t fullfill the visa requirements, then you should not get a visa in a wrongful way.

The question is asked here in the group, and should be answered in the publicly in the group, for everybody to read.

You are not interested in answering the OP, you only want him to pay you for an answer.

After you submitted the application you can not do anything to change the application, until the Embassy eventually ask for additional documentation, which by the way, resets the visa processing clock back to zero, and then you should only provide the information the Embassy asks for, and nothing else.

Or your application get rejected.

Outdated, not possible anymore, and no reason to have a bankaccount.

I was told by Immigration, that there will never be a second 90 day report on DTV, since every visa period is max 180 days.

No need to and it has never been the meaning that people should use agents to apply for DTV, hence the rule that you need to stay and apply for DTV only from outside of Thailand.

There is no need to support corruption by using agents, that is a clear goal of the government, in how they made the DTV guidelines.

And a agent can never so it all, since they can not travel to other countries and apply for you.
Henrik *****
No agent is needed.

Take control of your life, and do proper research, then it is very simple to apply.

Start by thoroughly reading Embassy websites for the specific Embassy to apply at, and read the manual in top right corner of the visa application website.
