You definitely didn’t get visa expiring 23.12.2024. If you got tourist visa you need to use it ( enter Thailand) within 90 days from issue so by ~23.09.

If you have it by 23.12. that’s multi entry visa and you can use it multiple times as much as you wan with last entry being 23.12.

Still may stay per entry is 60 days + eventually extension
