revolut is not available to Canadians

It's essentially a debit card on a virtual bank account. You get 2 free ATM withdrawals a month which is more than enough for me. I currently just use my GFs bank - do wise transfer to her, she withdraws and gives me the cash. Works fine, but was thinking this Wise card would be useful. I also have a CC that does not impose the standard 2.5% Forex fee.
