What are the requirements and costs for translating a marriage affidavit in Thailand?

Anyone can translate it, theres no level. 1500bt is a good price. That's what I paid including the MOFA stamp. All done in 1 hour 👍

If you think 1500 is too expensive then I think you can't afford to get married

I just came back from BKK to the U.S. Last month, I went to BKK to register my marriage. We have been married for over 30 yrs. I had to translate all of my documentations to Thai. My friend found out for me that we could translate it ourselves and she was right. My friend translated everything to Thai and we went to Central World (6 floor) to submit. We had to make some corrections. They circled what we need to correct and told us what words to use. So, I did not spend anything. I originally talked to someone at the Best Translation. Go to minstry of foreign affairs in laksi Bangkok if you take regular speed it's about 400 baht for translate another 400 for the stamp if you choose express it's about 1000. Don't forget to book an appointment before you go
