Try sending the email to the Local Embassy, the Thai Business and Also the other Visa office in Thailand with reference to your application, I did that
But they excepted my Wise and my friends Revolt; basically, they are changing the rules to stop people and make money. I would email the local embassy of the country, including the Thai government departments and see how they take that response.
Screenshots and porfolia need to look decent, as i know off people, who where rejected, anyone in tech, is an easy example, they do not care if you do only code, but expect a professional porfolia, so take your time, do research on it and present it to a high quality with a statement or paragraph on the slide
I took mine to a printer specialist, who could cut it easier than my camera phone or printer, if you could find one, that might be easier as they will reject it, if it does not look good
They will not accept that even official government document have to be notarised in some case and if it looks like it's a cut and paste from a mobile, they will refuse. Make sure you scan the documents in a professional manner for upload
