wouldn't you be banned to enter the country again after that much of an overstay?

we are not all alike. I'm from Belgium and have the utmost respect for Thaï people. Moreover they are buddhist, and I consider them to belong to the same "global Sanga" as me. I am not rich, but nevertheless spend 95 % of my yearly leisure savings on the Thaï economy. There is a lot of difference amongst age-groups and nationality e.g. Please take that (and other nuances) in consideration and refrain from popular stereotyping, wich makes matters always that much worse. Division wont bring us closer together, as per definition.

would be great, as of now, the stress is killing me (I am cPTSD-sufferer). They oblige me to have a return-ticket when I enter, but it's always a gamble as to whether I'll make it or not. Distressing, to say the least. I would stay at home, but I live in Belgium and being the country where I got traumatised in the first place, exclusion of disabled persons is socio-politically on the rise and therapy only seems to be given to the rich, powerfull and slightly neurotic; that has not been (and is) much of a viable option. The Thaï culture seems to be so much more spiritually sound.

political, economical & military elite. (monarchy, traditional aristocracy, topmanagers of largest enterprises & biz conglomerates, high bureaucrats & civil servants, leaders of political parties,...). Surely majorly Thaï, no?

I always get the 60 days, but apply for the visa anyway. It's not too expensive, and it increases my chances of getting 30 days extra. I love the culture and people.(I suffered the abuse of the people of my own country). I guess it makes it that much easier.

No, it's inaccurate : actions designed to offend : certain actions, like vandalism targering a specific group or spreading malicious lies, are clearly intended to cause offence and harm; also : threats and harassment : deliberate acts meant to intimidate & cause hurt = forms of offence; breaking widely accepted social norms in a way that is disrespectful or hurtful can be offensive, even if the person claims they didn't mean to offend. There's an expectation of certain behaviors within a society (and if you don't want to comply, then get out).Deflecting responsibility and ignoring intent makes meaningful dialogue & accountability impossible. Then why participate on social media?!

Not like you, that is. How you can still tolerate to be amongst those ants without feeling the urge to squash them under your steadfast foot is beyond me...

all that is valuable is vulnerable, and all that holds worth, is held weak.
