We’ve processed around 100,000 cases and found a 5–10% failure rate in the system (which we successfully submitted those cases by automatically resubmitting). For many travelers, the reassurance is knowing their submission will actually generate a confirmation email, without the risk of running into system errors.

Not possible with DTV, no bank will currently allow this.

If a bank account is a must it may make sense to change visa type.
