Completed the TDAC yesterday successfully. Printed off the initial notification from the Web page but have not received an email notification in either inbox or spam folder after 24 hours.

Anyone else having an issue?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user successfully completed their TDAC submission but did not receive the email notification. Several commenters shared similar experiences, indicating that there were issues with the email and download functions. Some suggested that printing the confirmation from the website is sufficient, while others noted that attempts to resubmit or edit the application may successfully trigger the email notification. Additionally, a solution was provided through a specific portal that guarantees obtaining the TDAC PDF.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

WARNING: Only trust Thai government websites with .go.th domains or Thai agent websites with .co.th or .in.th domains, as these require verified Thai registration and cannot be registered anonymously.

The official TDAC form is available at tdac.immigration.go.th, which uses the official .go.th government domain.

These sites are operated by AGENTS CO., LTD., a trusted company that has served hundreds of thousands of travelers to Thailand.

The official TDAC service by AGENTS CO., LTD. does NOT charge any fees for arrivals within 72 hours. If you need to book more than 72 hours in advance, there is a service fee of $8.

Do not trust other sites pretending to be a trustworthy agency. Pay attention to delivery time - the service operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. has 1 minute delivery time for arrivals within 72 hours.

Don't fall for sites pretending to be tdac.in.th or the official government tdac.immigration.go.th website. Always double-check the exact domain in your browser.

Scam services may take days to process your application, others may not even do anything. With these TDAC scam services you also need to worry about double charges.

Please watch out for TDAC misinformation spread by fugitive Jesse Nickles and his many fake accounts on Quora, TripAdvisor, Reddit, and other platforms.

Thanks everyone. I just reopened it, made no changes and then submitted and the email notification came through in seconds...must have been a glitch yesterday

This one has the QR code so happy days.

I had same issue, never received email. Just take your printed copy

Printing off the Web notification is sufficient.

It depends on the officer and how the traveler is entering Thailand.

If they printed the PDF or saved it properly, they should be fine.

However, if they only have the confirmation page without the QR code, it could be a problem.

this one has the QR Code, thanks for the heads up.

I had issues yesterday too. I filled everything out then after I received the email I discovered I messed up my middle name.

Filled out a new form but didn’t get a new email. I went to edit the new form a few times, saved it (without changing anything) and eventually got an email after about the third attempt!

@Wayne ********
Yes, it was having a lot of issues yesterday.

@Wayne ********
is the information in the email the same as the one you get when you complete the form?
Wayne *********
@Mark *******
yes, you get the QR code in the email and a PDF document if you want to print it.

I would just go in and edit your application. Then at the end it should send you another email.
Ron ******
Did it yesterday, email arrived within seconds. You did enter email address correctly?
Mark ********
ORIGINAL POSTER
@Ron *****
yes I did it twice as I had something to add. Never received one then either.

@Mark *******
Did the page you printed have the TDAC number reference? If it has then it stands to reason it’s in the system.

@Ron *****
Yeah, it said application successful, it is the lack of email confirmation.

@Mark *******
are you sure you were on the correct site?

@Mark *******
you filled in 2? I did my corrections when it asked me to check info before submitting. I then got the screen message withing seconds asking if I wanted to print the pdf. It also sent it in an email.

@Lynnette ******
no I went back to make a change hence twice. Like you i got the pdf and then downloaded it. I did not get the email.

Absolutely on the correct site.
Lynnette *******
@Mark *******
ah. Maybe the going back caused that. At least you had the pdf. 😊

@Lynnette ******
The print option does NOT always appear.

Yesterday it was only appearing 40-50% of the time.
THAI ******************************
Were you able to download the PDF?

We noticed email, and download issues yesterday.

This is one of the biggest reasons why we created
*************************
( which is FREE for arrivals within 72 hours ).

Basically when you submit thought our portal your application will not be marked as completed until we have successfully obtained your TDAC pdf ( which usually happens in 1 minute ).

We suggest attempting to edit, or submitting again if you don't have the PDF/QR, or using our portal.

will try just going in again and saving without editing. (or use a different email address)
THAI ******************************
@Mark *******
It was most likely not your email address it's been a game of chance during busy hours.

The work around is to just submit for an edit, and resubmit via editing.

yes i got the PDF and printed it off.

If you have the PDF printout you are fine.

Nothing else is needed, you already have all the details to edit in there as well.
