Well, that goes without saying! “If you try a border bounce right AFTER you have used up the METV to its full extent”! Of course! But if you reenter just before the 6 month entry period is up, there’s no reason it would be denied.

With a 30 day visa free entry, then acquiring the METV and good timing, a person can come close to 10 months.
