I also read that especially for those who applied in person in 2024. During the past couple of months they've become really strict and careful besides of asking tons of documentation

the same, actually being employed here was supposed to make things easier (at least in my opinion). I expected a lot of question regarding how I'd support myself in thailand but most of questions were related to my work

my advice is easy, go to vietnam/philippines/indonesia

Is it necessary to redact bank account information when submitting banking statements for a Thai visa application?

I asked the bank to provide me a statement for issuing a visa. They obviously show my name and my bank account number to prove that's legit. Redacting documents isn't a good idea (just my 2 cents)

the embassy I applied asked me to put all the money in a single account. Actually it should be fine to have 2 accounts but u know how things work in thailand....

Chinese usually have 2 given names and NOT a middle name, are you sure you have written down your name as Ni-Ya and not Ni in the given name and Ya as a middle one?

get a muay thai class up to 6 months and a week/10days in vietnam to apply for your DTV visa. If you don't mind gamble

k then you can try with the medical route but the dental part is very risky and likely to get denied (as most of dental procedures require no more than a few weeks to be done)
