I applied for the DTV in the Netherlands. I got rejected because they were missing a document from the Muay Thai gym. But no one knows which document that is and the embassy can't clarify it more than:
a certificate issued to the school/gym from office of boxing sport board, sport authority of Thailand
Does anyone know what document they are talking about, what it looks like, or any information that can clear this up? All the official documents have been submitted but this one seems to be a mystery but they need it anyway.
Any clarification will be much appreciated.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on a document required for their rejected DTV visa application, specifically a certificate from the Office of Boxing Sport Board, Sport Authority of Thailand, related to their Muay Thai gym. Comments suggest that this document serves as certification of the gym's status, possibly indicating it as a 5-star gym, which is necessary for some embassies but not others. Recommendations include verifying the gym's eligibility for DTV and ensuring that they can provide the required documentation.
Which school did you choose ? Some schools are very familiar with DTV requirements so they provides full documents. Some are not. If u want an example u can PM me I will send u the list
I also got asked for that document, actually is a sort of certification that proves that it's a 5star gym. Not all of the embassies require it but Taipei and KL have been requesting that for ages. I applied with wildcat in chiang mai and when the embassy asked me for the documents, the owner could provide them immediately. I highly recommend to apply with them
