after the 60 days, you can get an extra 39, correct? Then after that, take a quick trip out of the country, then redo the whole process - is this right?

you have USAA and get rebated? If so, that's awesome and solves a problem for me..

I have USAA with free ATM's - just not sure if they will credit me while in another country? I think they do as I seem to recall getting rebated when I did use it.
