no, sorry. I was going to come on visa exempt next week and sort paperwork and fee out at airport but someone else has posted that you cannot do this now and need to get visa before you arrive!

aargghh. One step forward, 2 back! Was going to open initial a/c in Bangkok to receive foreign transfers then secondary local a/c for bills etc. Guess I'll be doing a lot of running around to try to sort this out. Thanks for the heads up
