TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers from the UK need to obtain a Thai E Visa if their stay exceeds 60 days, or they must qualify for a visa exemption upon arrival for a stay of up to 30 days, which can then be extended. Having a Thai Pass QR code is necessary for entry, but does not negate the requirement for proper visa documentation if applicable.
Have faith everyone .. all of my documentation was correct .. but uploaded in full and not cropped … I submitted on 7th … and it’s just arrived and confirmed this minute 👍👍👍👍👍👍thanks for all help and advice
I have just been told on another post that I can't sort out visa exempt at the airport anymore. Do you know if that's correct? I've applied for E Visa, like Richard, but still no news. Thanks
Chris Turner the TP is easy it about preparing your documents properly in Jpeg format clear and concise. Make good copies of your QR codes for your Vax. This is most important for fast results as it will be done automatically those having problems are having to wait for human input.
I didn’t crop it … I have the nhs certification and just uploaded that document multiple times .. would you recommend re submitting ? I’m flying week today and originally submitted on the 7th … or best to sit tight at least til the weekend ?
it’s a complete mine field and trying to get through on the numbers provided is painful … I’m going to try in the middle of the uk night to see if it’s any better . I fear there’s loads of us in the same boat
Doing visa on arrival ? I’m flying next week and these Thai embassy are still processing my 60 day visa that I have paid for and I’m worried it won’t come on time ?
