However my lawyer is dealing with all of this.. perhaps they have more privileges than if you would do it yourself in person. (Not sure how things work in Thailand regarding immigration relationships)

We are doing my wife’s non immigrant O visa now. They just needed our marriage certificate in English & that’s it. (No legalisation but the Thai embassy or original)

it is for Schengen at least.. why don’t you simply ask the embassy of UK that issued the visa? 🤣

it starts when she enters, can stay 180 days in total in 365 days. Going in our out of the country doesn’t make a difference and doesn’t reset the 180 days.

my lawyer arranged all for me, only went to sign hundreds of papers and have my picture taken at the immigration. The paperwork I have no clue about.. use a professional service for this.
