TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a Police Clearance Certificate (PPC) in Thailand, it is advised to visit a specific police clearance center depending on your location. For instance, Bangkok has a dedicated center, while other provinces may have different designated offices. It is generally not available for free; costs can vary, with some having reported charges around 1,000 to 5,000 THB. The process may take approximately two weeks, and local immigration offices cannot assist with this matter.

Depends where you are in Thailand. In Phuket there is a specific office that you go to apply. Not a police station. A specific office. Other provinces may have different places. In Bangkok there is a dedicated police clearance centre.
if it is for fe a job in Phuket, you need to go to forensic police next to head office tourist police You need a letter from the company or institute who asks for it Can collect after one week, costs 100 thb
