I emailed my embassy and asked to hurry since it was already approved and my flight was getting closer, got accepted next day

Answering myself, yea its obvious that he lied "current location" in the application, so that kinda makes the visa invalid and might even cause blacklisting if they are having a bad day at immigration 🤔

exit stamp and visa issue date might cause problems if noticed, but, does it say somewhere (official source) that you have to be outside Thailand when applying?

what she says has no value really... different rules in every embassy... and add to that, evisa system has very little to do with immigration officers, its handled by ministry of foreign affairs. This group can provide more info than an immigration officer at location X
