TLDR : Answer Summary
A user received an email notifying them that their DTV application was canceled due to an error in their passport number, which was incorrectly entered as a capital 'O' instead of the number '0'. Responses from the community indicate that they must reapply and pay the application fee again, as the previous application is considered canceled. Community members highlighted the importance of thoroughly checking all information before submission to avoid such issues.

Always double and triple check for any incorrect info. Even one small mistake can result in denial and you have to reapply again and pay again.
