A couple of months ago I went to Chiang Mai immigration and did the TM 30 for all my family myself just after we arrived back to Thailand. All I needed was passports and rental contract both with copies. Although my rental contract includes a copy of my landlords ID

thanks I think I have solved it now. Best is for my wife to get a non O for 3 months online from home then open a bank account after arriving and apply for 12 months extension after depositing the 500,000. Thanks 🙏
