If you do not want to find an expensive surprise while on holiday , even medics here are cheap , but with an accident , it can go up easily 1 or 2 Mio baht , plus plus ,

Take the bus to trat and hop over the border and back in a mini van or taxi and then your bus back home , should be very straight forward and easy , even my ex has done it on her own

I tried it in the south when my bike broke down , ended up walking 20km , no one stops for a stupid farang , they are scared or just insecure or do not understand the concept , but many stopped and try to sell me their taxi service , farang that does not pay is cheap , or mad by local point of view
