TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired if a printed copy of their Thai visa is required upon entry, especially since they lost the email confirmation. Responses indicated that it is advisable to print the visa as immigration may request a hard copy, even if it might be stored electronically. Users suggested checking the e-visa system to retrieve it if necessary.

Es müsste eigentlich in deren System drin sein...... eigentlich. Manchmal fragen sie nach einer Hardcopy, manchmal nicht.

Wenn du dich beim e-visa system einloggst, kannst du dein Visa dort finden und runterladen.

You need it on paper, as far as I know...

last time I forgot to print, so I just passed my phone to the IO. No problem, however I would still recommend printing.

Log in back to e-visa system and you will be able to download it from there

Best to have a hard copy with you. Even if airport immigration don't ask for it, it's useful if you need an extension or re-entry permit

Without a hard copy I would be amazed if they can (or can be bothered to) access it online.

You need to print your evisa and hand it to the immigration officer with your passport. It's difficult to delete an email without trying to do so. Check your deleted email folder. You should also be able to go back into the evisa system and see the visa there I believe
