TLDR : Answer Summary
A German citizen holding a Non-B multiple entry visa is seeking advice on options for obtaining a new one-year Non-B visa after their current visa expires. They have already extended their stay due to a border closure during the Covid pandemic but are unsure of their options since their current amnesty extends only until July 31, and they do not meet the requirements for a standard extension due to their company's employment situation.

if you do not meet the requirements to get a yearly extension you have no options. You are now on amnesty, you wait for the government to put out the announcement of what amnesty holders do when it runs out and then you do that..

There are no other options..
