What should I do if my rental management company won't provide the owner's ID and blue book for my marriage visa application in Thailand?

Hello. So I am currently on an Ed visa and changing to a marriage visa. I have all my paperwork except the house we are currently renting a blue book and copy of owners ID. We rent through a management company and they are stating they cannot get me either of them… not sure why. 

Anything I can do to remedy this? Or my agent can do etc? I thought they had to provide that information.
