I won’t say the obvious as your question is how to live and marry in Thailand, but I will just repeat:

1. Come and live with her at least 3-6 months before attempting anything

2. Marry no marry you can come as a tourist and do visa runs to achieve this length of stay

3. If over 50 you can apply for retirement visa 1 year
