Contact your embassy, i paid 96 euros for a new passport at the french embassy in Bangkok

i went there and brought an old letter the french embassy sent me months ago before the amnesty even started. But the immigration officer told me it needs to be recently dated.. 😔 what neighbouring country are you refering to? Isnt every SEA country closed at the moment?
