Rest assured, Moslem specially south side of the Mediterranean are the worst.

I’ve been to lots of places, but nowhere else did I experience that behaviour.

Arriving, walking out of the terminal, someone grabs the suitcase and rushes to the bus waiting 50m away. When I’m there too, he asked for 10 USD!!

When walking the market, some guys jump out of a shop, grab us and pull us into the shop!!

When checking in, I lift the suitcase onto the weight station. Behind it leans a man (not the lady checking me in) holding his open hand to me. I look wondering what he wants. He shows the money sign and says 10. I show him the local money and he shakes his head and says “dollaaa”!!!

Reason to show money is “can you support yourself?”

That is only proven if it’s in a bank account.

Whatever else (insurance) can be broke next minute.

(Banks can too, but way harder and usually the government catches them)
