torfx don't charge at all, I've downloaded their app and talked to them, I've asked them about hidden fees and was told they don't charge to transfer any amount, if I transfer from my bank to theirs then they transfer to Thai bank and said it should be in my Thai bank account within a few hours. As I say, I haven't used it yet, but they have great reviews and 91% 5* on trust pilot.
so if you drop below the 800,000 bhat at anytime, do you have to start the process again, or can you drop below 800,00 bhat but make sure you top it up before renewing?
if you read the comment properly I meant, because of what I've read, it's best to take a Thai person with you to properly translate, and who does this as a job, like an agent. I'm just the type of person that would like help as I get anxiety about doing things wrong. Not easy to make it understandable in a text what you actually mean. 😂
except the UK!!!! Forgot that did you? No one does paperwork here, they come ,invade, stay as long as they want, do nothing, get a home and paid for the privilege
because all these pages that are for people to ask questions about something they don't understand, is full of obnoxious pricks like this man who has been in Thailand a few years and thinks he knows everything, and he's never asked a question in his life, so decides to be a dick to everyone asking questions he knows the answers to.
