Answer is no, this is one of the main benefits of the dtv. Can leave and re-enter as you wish, on each entry you’ll have a new 180 day stamp 👍

Looks like you’ve lost your application fee but if you reapply now you should still get approved. Just have to be careful with accuracy they are banking on these errors with the no refund policy

yeah it makes sense. I went for soft power because whilst I work remotely with zero pressure to be on site, it’s not specifically mentioned in my contract and couldn’t be arsed with dealing with hr to get all the letters sorted 🤣 if you can prove you can work remotely just go down the workcation route 👍

no I do completely agree with you. I’m on the soft power dtv with Muay Thai and whilst there’s no requirement to enforce anything it still worries me. Takes one immigration officer in a years time to ask for proof of training, then it’s game over even if im training but in a different gym

I guess the main benefit of not doing the Muay Thai soft power option is you don’t have to pay for 6 months training upfront

Just use an agent to open a bank makes life so much easier both for transfers and being able to use QR scan to pay

Anonymous participant bro don’t send all ur details to someone the application is made so a 3 yr old can complete it 🤣 the hard part is getting everything together which you’ve already done

There’s definitely a way to get this going. Just have to tread carefully around what’s considered work and what’s not. Attending events is absolutely fine, maybe if the ‘host’ is technically a Thai person / entity this would be ok

This is a scam. That’s not the correct email address. If you have the document confirming your acceptance then it’s still valid
