do you have a lot of money in liquid assets and plan to buy property here? Or work for a large employer and have high earnings? If the answer is no to both of those, don’t worry about it because you won’t qualify.

pretty much all the houses in Phuket have kitchens and washer. Dryers are a very North American thing. Most people around the world hang dry their clothes.

the Thai shareholders are nominees unless the company is engaged in actual business and the shareholders are all realizing profits/losses. If the company has been formed solely to hold the property, it will always be as Brandon says.
