Hello members,

I am a remote working professional from India, planning to relocate to πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡ along with my partner who has work permit from their office.

Will really appreciate if anyone can suggest which visa should be ideal for me.

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A remote working professional from India is seeking advice on the best visa options for relocating to Thailand, alongside a partner with a work permit. Suggestions from the community include considering the LTR (Long-Term Resident) visa or the Non-O visa, especially if the individual is married. Some comments also emphasize the importance of ensuring the visa allows for work to avoid legal issues.

You'll be illegally working unless your visa allows a work permit and you obtain one.

do you have a lot of money in liquid assets and plan to buy property here? Or work for a large employer and have high earnings? If the answer is no to both of those, don’t worry about it because you won’t qualify.
