You can apply your visa from 9 am to 10 am only.

You can take back your passport the day after from 2 pm to 3 pm only.

You need to show all papers from your company accounting.

At Sadao border you will be asked to show 20,000 baht cash.

If you will work as a teacher they are very strict about police clearance.

Tod if you mean Penang, overstay affects only tourist visa, not Non B.

Proof of 20,000 baht cash is not required by Penang Consulate but it can be required at Immigration point when you re-enter the Country; especially if you re-enter by land using Sadao border

You can go every morning (Monday-Friday) from 9am to 10am only (they accept 100 passports per day) and take back your passport the next working day from 2pm to 3pm only. Bring:

2 Photos;

House rental contract or hotel booking (at least 7 days);

Flight reservation leaving Thailand within 60 days;

If you have more Tourist visa on your passport you must bring updated bank statement showing at least 50.000 baht (any country bank).
