TLDR : Answer Summary
An Indian citizen who arrives in Thailand with a Visa on Arrival (VOA) cannot extend this visa. According to community responses, the VOA cannot be extended, and travelers should plan accordingly.

VOAs can not be extended. Sorry.

as a rule they cannot, but I have seen them get a 7 day extension (the extension denied stamp) for 1900baht when they prove they're leaving in a week.

You 'might' be able to, but I would imagine they're gonna wanna see proof that you're leaving during that time too.
