Good morning, I'm looking for the full list of documents required by Savannakhet Consulate to release Non O visa based on marriage to an italian citizen who "follows" his spouse (italian citizen too) who legally works here and holds a permission of stay based on work permit.
It looks like the needed documents are these:
1) Letter from the Company where his spouse works with copy of ID card of signatory;
2) Employment contract of spouse;
3) Employment certificate of spouse;
4) DBD of Company where spouse works;
5) Copy of passport with visa of spouse;
6) Copy of marriage certificate
... no need any house contract?
Thanks a lot to anyone who would like to help!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on the documents needed for the Savannakhet Consulate to issue a Non-O visa based on marriage to an Italian citizen, whose spouse works legally in Thailand. The discussion includes a preliminary list of required documents, such as letters from the employer, employment contracts, and marriage certificates. Additional comments suggest possible requirements such as financial proof, but the user questions their necessity, leading to clarification focused explicitly on the Savannakhet Consulate's requirements.

That "Letter from the company" is a letter addressed to the thai consulate asking they issue a 90 day Non-O to your spouse and that it is okay with the company.
