Can you confirm the only nearby Consulate that gives Multi Entry Non Immigrant B Visa is Penang?
What about Vientiane or Yangoon?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question seeks to confirm whether the Penang Consulate is the only nearby option for obtaining a Multi Entry Non Immigrant B Visa, questioning the roles of other locations like Vientiane and Yangon. Discussions reveal that Penang has recently restricted issuance of such visas mainly to business owners while others may only receive a single entry visa. The conversation also touches on the existence of a possible option in Hong Kong but clarifies that the restrictions surrounding these visa categories vary by consulate.

As I mentioned Muslim states, penang and kl is not. If you go to Kota Bharu and Kuala Terrenganu, they won't allow opposite sit next to each other in the cinema.

Nope,
Penang's the only one I'm aware of
AND
they just recently changed their policy to only give year-long, multi-entry Non-B's to owners of companies or Managing Directors. Regular employees can only get 90 day Non-B's there now..
