Because "strictly an employee" means that is my goal for this wp. The guy who HAS the company is foot dragging on the WP. SO.... i can go to HK for a week, which I enjoy anyway, and have the visa ready to roll when I get back and my guy gets his shit together. Get it? The extant company is purely a landholding company. Yes, I can pull (😉

d) the WP from it, but I don't want to use that one, for all the reasons stated above. I would prefer to be a drone.

I like them. And I have a Thai holding company. But I am strictly an employee these days. Someone else can worry about the taxes, payroll, paperwork, graft, accounting, etc!
