Same happened to me and at least one other in another post today.

Coincidentally we both went in person to report today, Bangkok.

Easy, I had an appointment and got there early, I was kept back for my appointment time, walk-ins were going in ahead of me.

Not a big problem, but walk-ins, easy, today at least.

I got a similar message but not when logging in, that was no problem, the error showed up after entering my personal data page, the first info page.

I had exactly the same experience as you and similarly ended up at MTT today. No problems previously with either the app or intranet online systems, but this time, after my Sept exemption renewal, neither would work for me.

I asked at MTT why I had had difficulties but no answer was forthcoming.

if you go to this group's home page then under the group's photo 'What's new?' there's a horizontal list of areas you can go to 'About' 'Discussion ' etc etc and 'Files' is the last tab on the lefthand side.

Click on 'files' and their are many files you can download to help with various immigration needs.

'TM7 - actual documents needed' is about the 7th or 8th file down in that list.

I used it 2 weeks back fir CW and it helped me.

I used 800k of seasoned money, if you're similar, you need 2 sets if docs from the bank, 1) the bank guarantee letter, dated no more than a week to your actual date of visit and a year's bank statement of all transactions in your account, to show that you shave stated at 800k for the right period of time and not dipped below 409k for the rest of year.

If you're on 65k / month then you need different proof.

Good luck, for me a breeze, I made an appointment, so, so much easier. I recommend it.

There's a doc. if the 'files' section of this group called 'TM7 - actual documents needed' dated March 2020, about 7 or 8 docs from the top, that give you a good idea of what you need.

I've also never had a problem, but what I'm happy to try and avoid is the before dawn travel to Cheang Wattana to then queue for an hour or so before the doors open, scramble for a ticket and then wait further for my number to be called.

If I can just book a convenient time, only need to get there 15 minutes before my appointment, be seen almost immediately and then done, why not?

It's a free system, I've only read about it up until now, so this will be my first time of trying the system.

In theory it's progress, why not give it a go?
