What do I need to provide for my Non-Imm O visa renewal at Chaeng Wattana?

I'm starting to think about renewing my over 50, non-Imm O and I have 2 questions that I haven't been able to find answers to.

Questions relate to Chaeng Wattana.

1) This is my first time renewing following the changed rules re: 800Kbt seasoned for 2 months, kept in account for 3 months and then staying at or above 400Kbt for the remainder of the year.

Question: What proof do I need to supply with regards to having adhered to these rules? Just my bank book or do I need to supply an officially stamped annual bank statement?

2) I read that there is now an appointment system for the over 50s exemptions dealt with at the 'L' counters at CW.

Question: Where do I find this booking system, I've checked posts on this site and can find references to the booking system but not where I find the booking system?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
When renewing your Non-Imm O visa at Chaeng Wattana, you will need to provide proof of adherence to the new financial requirements: an annual bank statement showing balances for the preceding 12 months, alongside an updated bank book. You should also get a bank guarantee letter, dated within a week prior to your application. For the appointment system, you can book online at the provided link.

And as James mentioned, it may take up to a week to get the yearlong statement and they may charge you a fee.

Note there also another separate letter you need to get from your bank that simply says you have an account. You get this letter no more than a week or a couple of days before you go into the immigration office to apply for your extension.

yes, bank guarantee letter.

From what I understand most local branches can only print out 6 months of your statement. To go back a full year then they have to asked the main branch and this is the source of the few days delay. Whatever your bank says. Do that.

yea my bank simply said 6 months is good enough for immigration. Thought I'd give it a try as they can only say no. Sure enough immigration were happy with the 6 months. Your mileage may vary depending where you are of course

It depends when you last applied. They only started enforcing this after October. When I applied last October none of this including the insurance applied. I will have to meet the new requirements this November.

I last renewed my extension in June this year

OK. Well . . . we all know each office is a little different. I’m expecting Bangkok to want to see 1 year of bank statements.

@Marty ********
Yes you are correct. Takes about 5 days to get the 12 month statement. then the bank can do the letter for Immigration as well.They will know

Only need the 12 month statement and the Banks letter for Immigration

, thanks for the comments, I have a couple of weeks until I plan to go to CheangWattana but after

comments about the year statement taking a while I walked in and asked at my bank, Kasikorn, and they said they could print a year's statement while I wait, unfortunately, this is a tiny branch and while they can give me the statement, no problem, they can't give me the bank guarantee letter, as this small bank doesn't have that password capability so I'll go back to last years bank, just further away.

@John ****
You have to split it between two banks?
Barrie *************
@Marty ********
No. Go to a bigger Branch and you can get both.

okay, now we have sussed out he is NOT on any Non-O VISA and instead is on a yearly extension of stay.

AND

this upcoming extension will be his SECOND yearly one. So he will need a year's transaction history from his bank in addition to the bank book being updated on the date he applies and the bank letter from the bank dated within 7 days from the date he applies.

The reason he needs a years transaction history from his bank too is because the bank book usually will not show every single transaction (unless you update it ever couple of weeks) all it will show is a "transaction summary" (money in to date, money out to date and balance).

They need the year transaction history to make sure you kept the balance at 800K baht for 3 months after you got your last extension and that the balance never fell below 400K baht the rest of the year.

#1... Get a bank letter stating the bank balances each of twelve months prior...

Your bank will know what to do.

Go to CW and pick up latest list of requirements for extension based on retirement.

I got nothing, I tell people to go out to C/W and get the hand out, OR post on a f/b page related to Bangkok and see if anyone has it

@James *******
So I need my bank book and a bank statement with 12 single monthly entries, correct?
James ********
@John ****
yes...the bank knows of the requirement for the statement for Immigration.

Some require several days to prepare.
