Some information if you are trying to do 90 Days report on line for Bangkok.

I always use online with no problems until now. Could not complete report and tried for 3 days on website and the App.

Had to go to MTT today. My 12 month extension for Non Imm O retirement was done 1 Oct to Nov 2021. Seems they are having trouble updating info at the moment. So I was showing as overstay. Also told the App is not working.

Pre booked appointment so in and out quickly but poorer by 600 baht in taxi fares. LOL.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Users are experiencing issues with the online system and mobile app for submitting their 90-day reports in Bangkok, leading some to visit the immigration office. The problems seem to be related to delays in updating visa information, as users have reported being shown as overstaying despite having valid extensions. Some have successfully navigated to MTT (Main Tax and Troops) for assistance, and public transport options like bus number 166 from Victory Monument are available as a cheaper alternative to taxis.

Thanks for sharing. You explained the issue I am having. I got a new visa at Changwattana in November. All good, but the app hasn’t updated and is also showing me as on overstay. Hope they get round to fixing it before my next 90 days is due.

Bus number 166 goes from Victory Monument to MTT. Much cheaper than taxi if travelling from somewhere near a BTS station

Trying to draw with my phone. The Yellow Mark is counter K, the blue marking is where I get back on the bus to go to Victory Monument - it passes Central Plaza Chaengwattana on the way there and back. The green mark is about where the bus dropped me off and I walked to the Immigration from there. Most of the way is under cover if wet

Do you know how far from the actual building where immigrations is that the #166 drops you off?

a block or 2 of shops away. The bus route takes people to Impact Stadium. Tell the cashier “Impact”. It was a 5 min walk for me. To get the bus back I walked out of Immigration office, cross the road and walk down the street past Impact Stadium. Bus stop pick up on the next street

Easy, I had an appointment and got there early, I was kept back for my appointment time, walk-ins were going in ahead of me.

Not a big problem, but walk-ins, easy, today at least.

How is the queue for walk-ins ?

I had exactly the same experience as you and similarly ended up at MTT today. No problems previously with either the app or intranet online systems, but this time, after my Sept exemption renewal, neither would work for me.

I asked at MTT why I had had difficulties but no answer was forthcoming.

IF you are using the mobile app, when you log in it shows your current extension expiration date. IF it's wrong, you won't be able to use the app or the online web-portal :(

it will show on this notice when you log in to the mobile app

I got a similar message but not when logging in, that was no problem, the error showed up after entering my personal data page, the first info page.
