Hi, sorry annoying topic but i still can't get the 90days online report done, i have done countless reports in person at immigration office in the past, i arrived in Thailand 25th. Dec. 2019, since then i do my reports in person because i can't even pass the first page online, i always get the immediate error message "For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area" after i put in the captcha code and click submit.

I followed all advice i could find here in the group and elswhere. My 90days report is due on 13th of Dec. so my timewindow should also be ok.

Any advice here? I report to Samut Prakarn Immigration.

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing difficulties completing the online 90-day notification report for their stay in Thailand, receiving repeated error messages despite previous successful filings in person. Community members suggest troubleshooting steps like verifying accuracy of inputs, adjusting browser settings, and even signing out of the Google account. Some report successful submissions after trying multiple methods and clearing their browser history.

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

There was a post earlier today that the system wasn't working correctly for some reason, it could be related to that.

Same happened to me and at least one other in another post today.

Coincidentally we both went in person to report today, Bangkok.

Same happened to me. Been doing it online for years then BOOM it stops working. No info whatsoever has changed. Tried 3 different browsers but still doesn't work. I've asked them but, of course, I get a blank stare.

Yeah, i actually asked the officers there as well but as you said, you get a blank stare, after i asked them in thai about whats wrong they got even more confused and pissed off, unbelievable.

I would say, if you get the pop up again to contact Immigration, go there and ask the check all data and what possible goes wrong between your computer and theirs.
