I usually do my 90 day reporting on line, either the intranet version or phone app, no problem.
My due date is 9th December and neither system will allow me to complete the data entry process, both stop me after entering personal info.
The app appears to be telling me that that my Non-O exemption ended on the 27th Oct, but I did my annual renewal at CW in late September.
What I didn't do this year was get a multi-entry visa as I didn't know if I was goung to be traveling, that's the only difference to normal.
I think for my 90 day reporting I need to go to MTT, is that correct?
Can I book an appointment for 90 day reporting?
Any thoughts on why the systems not working for me?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues with the online system for their 90-day reporting in Thailand, which is supposed to be due on December 9. They mention that the system indicates their Non-O exemption has ended, despite having completed their annual renewal in September. They inquire about whether they need to visit MTT for their reporting and if they can book an appointment.
