Hi folks.

I’m due to attend CW Immigration next week for my “Non Imm O” 12 months Extension (Retirement). I am pretty sure I have everything together based on requirements for past 2-3 years.

However does anyone have a current printed list of requirements from CW?

I haven’t seen any additional requirements this year discussed on this Group but trying to be 100% sure. Save me a special visit beforehand to CW.

Many thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the up-to-date requirements for a Non Imm O 12-month Extension (Retirement) from CW Immigration. Responses emphasize that while immigration offices may vary, there are no new requirements compared to the previous year. Key documents listed include the TM7 application, passport copies, original Non-O visa, entry stamp, TM6 departure card, TM30 receipt, lease copy, bank letter, and updated bank book. It is also recommended to use the online appointment system for efficiency.

There's a doc. if the 'files' section of this group called 'TM7 - actual documents needed' dated March 2020, about 7 or 8 docs from the top, that give you a good idea of what you need.

if you go to this group's home page then under the group's photo 'What's new?' there's a horizontal list of areas you can go to 'About' 'Discussion ' etc etc and 'Files' is the last tab on the lefthand side.

Click on 'files' and their are many files you can download to help with various immigration needs.

'TM7 - actual documents needed' is about the 7th or 8th file down in that list.

I used it 2 weeks back fir CW and it helped me.

I used 800k of seasoned money, if you're similar, you need 2 sets if docs from the bank, 1) the bank guarantee letter, dated no more than a week to your actual date of visit and a year's bank statement of all transactions in your account, to show that you shave stated at 800k for the right period of time and not dipped below 409k for the rest of year.

If you're on 65k / month then you need different proof.

Good luck, for me a breeze, I made an appointment, so, so much easier. I recommend it.

and definitely use the online appointment booking program because it is a time saver. I went with a friend Monday and we had booked a 10:30 appointment, got there at 10, showed the appointment receipt, were seen immediately by the "paperwork vetting officer" (in the first cubicle in Section L-1), were directed straight to cubicle L-32 (the online appointment one) and my friend was sitting waiting for his passport to come back signed well before 10:30 :O

This is what I KNOW is required;

-filled out TM7 application with your phone number written above your photo

-copies of the data page of your passport,

-the original Non-O visa, and every extension since then

-most recent entry stamp

-TM6 departure card

-TM30 receipt

-copy of your lease

-hand drawn map of the area where you live

-bank letter

-copies of your bank book updated on the day you apply

the "4 forms" they hand you while you're there.

I personally have never been asked for a copy of my TM-30 receipt or my lease when extending my Non-OA and then Non-O at CW, though I always brought them along just in case. I don't know whether this is somehow dependent on the circumstances of the individual applicant, or just on the whim of the officer.

With over 70 immigration offices inside the country there is no one size fits all list that works everywhere. I can say with 100% certainty that there are no new requirements from last year (it's the same documents, just a new set).

I don't have the list, BUT the "save myself a trip" mentality isn't always the best course of action. If there are changes and you don't go get the hand out listing the new requirements you could end up making a couple more unplanned trips out there

Lets see what people answer as far as the requirements.
