It would mean you are on overstay. Can be extended but only up to a maximum if 15 days overstay or they will not extend it.

Ran out of business visa allocations?

There is no such thing as running out if its all being done properly and you meet all the requirements .

By saying ran out it suggests it was going to be incorrectly “obtained” for you any way.
