TLDR : Answer Summary
It is generally not possible to extend a non-B business visa after it has expired. If an application for extension is made within 15 days of the expiration date, there is a possibility for an extension, but applying after 15 days results in an overstay, which complicates the process.

If it expires, no you can't.

It would mean you are on overstay. Can be extended but only up to a maximum if 15 days overstay or they will not extend it.
