Is TM30 filing required again after leaving Thailand if staying in the same property?

Usually, if you leave the country amd come back to the same address you have to file your tm30. If traveling around thailand and come back to same address you do not have to file again.

This information came from two different immigration office's.

Best to go ask what they would like, but I'm sure they will tell you this.

Can you renew a 2-year temporary car/motorcycle license early to a 5-year one in Thailand?

If your looking at a couple weeks earlier, you could probably get away with it. But from the sounds of it, you are not even a year into your two year.... no way they will renew it. You get the 24month license first to prove you are a responsible driver, if you are, you will be upgraded to the 5 year renewal.

Just get an agent to do it for you, can bang out both in one day. Just be sure to get IDP before coming. Preferably with motorbike and car stamps

I've used krungsri and krungthai for the past 9 years, both fantastic banks. Especially krungthai for the app and paying bills.

Bkk bank is very limited for bill payments.

Think you can purchase a bus ticket to go across the border at Laos. This should be good enough for airline. Try 12go app. Or website.
