Good morning,

My husband has a 90 days non O guardian visa until August 14. He must travel out of Thailand during the 90 days due to a family issue. He went to the local immigration office to request a Re-entry permit. They informed him that it is not possible to get it from a local office but only at the airport. My husband is very nervous to wait until his departure date because he can't take the risk to not be able to come back.

So I need advises please on the below:

1/ Is it possible to get a Re-entry permit for his case in another local immigration office? If so which one?

2/ Is it a smooth or risky process to get the Re-entry permit at the Suva airport?

What would you advise?

I am on a non o retirement visa , I am married with a daughter 15 and my wife is pregnant with 1 month to go. I am currently not sure if I am allowed or not to return to Thailand. In news that I've read it seems u need to have a marriage visa. My re entry permit is valid till February, if I do qualify to return what paperwork will I need to show and to who.
