I'm curious, what on earth are you trying to do/achieve? You've gone from visa exempt, asking about visa runs/border runs, to asking about non-EDs for you/your kids, non-O based on non-ED for your kids, and now a tourist visa.

You can't get a tourist visa from inside Thailand.

You also can't switch to visa exempt within Thailand.
