 based on being the guardian of a child, or dependent of someone with a non-B, based on being the spouse of someone on an extension of stay based on retirement...all have different requirements hence the use of the guardian visa name.

I'm curious, what on earth are you trying to do/achieve? You've gone from visa exempt, asking about visa runs/border runs, to asking about non-EDs for you/your kids, non-O based on non-ED for your kids, and now a tourist visa.
