Yes. I have just chatted with him. He is leaving "that group" after many years because he is fed up with "that snarky individual" I have passed on the suggestions from here and he is exploring some options, but as she is 23 born in Thailand but US citizen and doesn't want to study digital Nomad, I suggested Iglu (I know) or exploring other options for now until she can travel to a consulate.
