The only difference being in the 'real' Thai cities, the customers are Thai rather than foreigners but they are full of brothels, massage parlours and karaokes that are every bit as much at it as the girly bars and clubs in the tourist areas. The only difference is that it's a bit more discrete.

Your problem is that number two excludes virtually every city outside of the tourist areas, and number 3 excludes all the tourist areas. Better decide which is more important mate, or look somewhere other than Thailand ….
