As Pui says, Yes there is a long term tourist visa for those with money and want to stay long term: Elite Visa. It is not cheap, but you can stay for 5 years if you like. Another option is to get a business visa. Also.looks.like there will probably be some sort of digital nomad visa in the near future. Stil being ironed out

Nice. Of course the agent will advertise on the page, but it is their page now, so expected.

To be fair, I am on a number of visa agent run pages. Many of them just host the page for everyone to ask questions and get answers, and they never bother the members. Hopefully there's is no solicitation of the groups members, unless they specifically ask the groups owner for their services. Then things will keep ticking along and this will still be a great page. :)

That is what it was. Now it is not simply a facebook group. It is a promotional page for a Visa agency. But hopefully it will still be available for general questions and unbiased answers.

The OP asked about monthly amounts, which is 40k. The 400k is different.

Normal.

You can probably stay for 60 more days due to COVID, or more if they extend it. Might as well give it a ago, after your normal 30 day extension soon of stay.
